Most people put the dog in the boot, then spend the next three years trying to get the hair out of the carpet. A dedicated boot liner solves that before it starts.
This one covers the cargo floor and the back of the rear seats, so the areas a dog actually touches — floor, seat backs, and the bumper lip they jump over — are all protected. The material is waterproof and scratch resistant, which handles both the wet-dog problem and the claws-sliding-on-plastic problem, and the non-slip backing means the liner stays put instead of bunching under a dog that will not settle.
It folds out for a full load and folds back when you need the seats down for something else, and it fits most wagons, SUVs and 4WDs. Hosing it off in the driveway takes under a minute, which is roughly how long it takes the average dog to undo all of it.
Sizing: measure the cargo floor width and the drop from the seat backs to the floor before ordering. Dual cabs and utes are better served by a seat-style cover.
Care: hose off, wipe with mild detergent, and air dry fully before folding for storage.
